FAQ

A.K.A. It ‘Aint Easy Being a Rock Star

Ok, so no one reads this and there are no frequently asked questions. There aren’t any questions, really. This page simply takes up space on WordPress, in my brain and on Google. It’s like space junk. If there were to be a question asked about twentytwo22, it would be: What is the point? So here it is, an attempt to justify its existence:

For some odd reason, I have an itch to read 22 books before I turn 22. It’s kind of like a marathon, except I got a debilitating stomach cramp at mile 22. Perhaps when my 26.2nd birthday approaches, I will read 26.2 books. Then I’ll really be a champ.

Starting today, 24 April, this gives me 94 days. That means I have roughly four days per book.

When my birthday comes around (July 27th, by the way—I accept all forms of payment for gifts), I suppose this will give me some sort of sick pride, knowing that I set out to do something ridiculous and suceeded. I liken it to the part in Back to the Future, Part I where Doc realizes he invented the flux capacitor and it actually made things travel through time.

Essentially, what I am trying to say is that what I am doing here is like a time travel marathon.

Good night and God speed.
